Ramonex provides chimney sweeping, inspection, maintenance, and related services. Information on the website is general. The scope, price, date, and conditions of a service visit are those confirmed directly by Ramonex for the applicable appointment.
An online inquiry or booking is not final acceptance where the address, installation, service area, availability, or other information still requires validation.
2. Accurate information and access

- be authorized to request services at the identified address;
- disclose special conditions that may affect access or safety;

3. Ramonex messaging program
The Ramonex messaging program sends appointment and service confirmations and information, practical advice, and promotional offers to people who have provided the required consent.
